According to its findings, some of the top-rated nursing facilities are Trinity Terrace, Downtown Health and Rehabilitation Center, The Stayton at Museum Way, Pennsylvania Rehabilitation LP, Wellington Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation LP, DFW Nursing & Rehabilitation, Fort Worth Center of Rehabilitation, Park View Care Center, and Fireside Lodge Retirement Center. There are 183 senior living communities and 123 assisted living facilities within Fort Worth. Whether the need is for full-time care or for assisted supported living, there’s an available facility.

There are also numerous in-home health care opportunities. According to AARP, some of the top ranked ones include IKOR of DFW South, Emdeon, Visiting Physicians Association, Visiting Angels Living Assistance, Guardian Health Care, Epic Health Services, and At Home Healthcare. Assistance ranges from Alzheimer’s assistance and hygiene maintenance to running errands and hospice support.
